An adult gentoo penguin feeding its chick. Gentoo penguins eat fish, crustaceans and squid, and parents regurgitate partially digested food to provide their chicks with nourishment until they are able to hunt on their own. Gentoos are the largest penguin in their genus (Pygoscelis).
