Report by Charles L. Roberts, Meteorologist in Charge at Cape Hallett, Antarctica Joint United States-New Zealand Station. This station was established in support of the International Geophysical Year and had scientists over-winter from 1957 until 1964. This base was abandoned for good in 1973.
