One of the few times that all members of CPS-98 were together as they were
usually dispersed in an office party, observing parties, and building parties.
This was a meeting at Crystal Springs at which Major Fisk of the Selective
Service was possibly explaining the status of the COs on CPS-98 and what
would be expected of them.
