A hurricane hardened "NOAA Sentinel" water level observing station. This
instrument system will provide real-time water level and meteorological data to
help coastal authorities and the public prepare for, mitigate, and respond to
storm tides. The Sentry system is designed to withstand a category 4 hurricane.
