Survey launch "Fair Dinkum" being prepared for launching. Although at 70 North
Latitude on the north slope of Alaska, fair dinkum is Australian slang for "real
" or "speaking the truth". This boat discovered Dinkum Sands which led to a
long dispute between the state of Alaska and the federal government concerning
mineral royalty rights.
