Tagging immature salmon on board the Japanese vessel KAIYO MARU.
Urawa-san (a Japanese researcher) is releasing an immature salmon that was
captured in the trawl net and tagged with disk tags. The Ocean Carrying Capacity
program collaborates with Canada, Japan, and Russia on the Bering Aleutian
Salmon International Survey program, a long-term ecosystem research program.
