Deploying underwater observation caisson from the BCF research vessel CHARLES H. GILBERT to the research raft NENUE. This caisson is used by the Honolulu Laboratory for fish behavior studies. Six oil drums supply buoyancy to the 12 foot by 12 foot raft.
