Soviet BMRT ALEKSEI MAKHALIN, a standard MAYAKOVSKIY 278-foot stern trawler. This type of ship is gthe backbone of the Soviet fishing fleet. This stern trawler has a crew of 100 men adn can remain at sea for nearly three months without replenishing. Ship observed at 56 35 North, 152 25 West.
