The Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge over the Cooper River connecting Charleston
to Mt. Pleasant. The bridge has a span of 1,546 feet, the longest among
cable-stayed bridges in the Western Hemisphere. This bridge is also known as the
New Cooper River Bridge.
