NOAA's National Weather Service Southern Region Acting Director Steven
Cooper gathered his headquarters staff together recently to celebrate their
Department of Commerce Bronze Medal. Also on hand, were visiting meteorologists
from the People's Republic of China who were there on an exchange program.
