Researchers from NOAA's Center for Coastal Fisheries and Habitat Research have
conducted an annual research cruise aboard NOAA Ship Nancy Foster to Puerto
Rico and Isla Vieques to study and monitor seagrass beds with respect to
physical disturbances including boat groundings, storms, wave energy, and
foraging areas.
