Representatives from OAR's Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory
and Argo Program Office participated in a workshop in Accra, Ghana,
designed to promote Argo capacity building for Atlantic nations in Arfica. Argo
is a broad-scale, global array of floats that measure temperature/salinity in
ocean and are major part of the Global Ocean Observing System.
