The NOAA Ship Rainier docked at NOAA's Western Regional Center (WRC)
and held an Open House for the employees of the WRC campus before heading out to
sea. On this unusually blustery and gray Seattle day, only the courageous few
braved the elements to show their NOAA pride. The WRC hosts the greatest
variety of NOAA programs and the most NOAA employees outside of Washington, D.C.
