A warm NOAA Teacher at Sea greeting from a variety of NOAA ships! Twenty-five
teachers were sent to sea to work side-by-side with NOAA scientists on cutting-
edge research. The teachers were then able to bring what they learned back to
their classrooms to share with their students. Since its inception in 1990, the
program has introduced over 500 teachers to the ocean science on NOAA ships.
