NOAA Ships RONALD H. BROWN and NANCY FOSTER see eye to eye on
meeting NOAA's mission! Following their annual Ship Inspection, the two
Commanding Officers had a chance to show off their ship handling skills while
posing for a photo in Charleston Harbor. Though the two ships share a pier in
Charleston, rarely do they see each other due to their demanding schedules.
