Greetings from the National Weather Service in Monterey, California! The
National Weather Service participated in a recent Emergency Preparedness Fair in
Mountain View. With the recent wave of strong earthquakes in the Pacific and
potential tsunamis in the coastal areas, there was much interest in a tsunami's
impact on the San Francisco Bay Area.
