In August the Castle Rock fire surrounding the mountain resort town of Ketchum
burned over 48,000 acres. After the fire was contained the threat of flash flood
and debris flows took center stage. Sherrie Hebert, Pocatello WFO Service
hydrologist joined a Burn Area Emergency Response Team to assess flash flood and
