The third great storm of the winter of 2009/2010. This storm was a true
blizzard with sustained winds of 35 mph or greater over much of the Mid-Atlantic
region and areas acquiring for the third time between 1 and 3 feet of snow.
About 10 miles north of this picture, 10-foot snow drifts stranded numerous
motorists in the Frederick, Maryland, area.
